Transit
BART to San Leandro Station.
Monday thru
Friday, 9am to 5pm, there is a bus that will take you from BART to Dutton,
the rest of the time, you'll have to walk (it's about 1.5 miles
door-to-door and takes most people about 20-30 minutes) or take a cab (not
expensive).
1) On the
north side of the station is Davis
Street.
2) Go to Davis
and turn East/Right/Toward the hills.
3) Walk down Davis.
4) Eventually, you'll come to East
14th Street, at this point, Davis will change to Callan,
but it's still the same street. Keep going.
5) Callan will end at Bancroft. You'll be facing
a school. Turn North/Left.
6) Turn East/Right at Dutton (1st light).
7) Turn North/Left at Merle Ct. (2nd left), and continue for a SHORT block.
8) Bear to the South/Left when Merle Ct. ends (in a ‘y’), now
you're on West Merle.
9) East/Right side of the street, tallest house. 510 W. Merle Ct.

Automobile
First, get on a freeway, and head toward the east bay.
If you're
not on this map, find some chunk of freeway that gets you onto this map:
Once you're
on this map, get onto either 580 or 880.
From 880:
Exit the freeway and head east/right (away from the water,
toward the hills), on Davis
street.
Follow Davis until you run
out of road. (Davis
changes name at East 14th to Callan, but just
keep going.)
When you
run out of street (there will be a school directly in front of you), turn
left onto Bancroft.
Drive down
to the next light, and turn right onto Dutton.
Take second
left onto Merle Court.
Merle Court
goes for about a half a block and ends in a "T". Take the left
branch, onto West Merle Court.
Summary:
880 to Davis.
Go East/Right (away from water, toward hills)
L onto Bancroft (at school)
R onto Dutton (1st light)
L onto Merle Ct. (2nd left)
Bear L onto West Merle Ct. at the “y” in the road
We’re on the East/Right side of the street, at 510 W. Merle Ct.
(If you get to Dowling, you’ve gone too far).
From 580:
If going West on 580 when you hit San Leandro:
take Estudillo offramp.
Follow ramp under freeway.
Turn Right onto frontage road (MacArthur Blvd.).
Turn Left at second light, onto Dutton.
Go 6 blocks (passing a school on your right).
Turn Right onto Merle Court
and continue for a SHORT block.
At the “y” in the road, bear Left onto West Merle Court.
(If you get to Dowling, you’ve gone too far).
If going
East on 580 when you hit San Leandro: take Dutton/Estudillo offramp.
Follow frontage road to first light...
Turn Right onto Dutton.
Go 6 blocks (passing a school on your right).
Turn Right onto Merle Court
and continue for a SHORT block.
At the “y” in the road, bear Left onto West Merle Court.
(If you get to Dowling, you’ve gone too far).
Regardless
of where you're coming from:
We're the tallest house on the
right side of the street (as you head north),
The last house before the one on the corner of West Merle and Dowling.
